Insurance Billing

Peine Osteopathic Medicine accepts most forms of insurance with the exception of Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, Medicaid, Medicare, and health shares. Please contact your insurance or the office to verify benefits and coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. If you have an insurance which we do not accept, we offer a discount for cash payment made at the time of service. If we are an out-of-network provider for your insurance, we will provide you with a bill you may submit to your insurance. Dr. Peine, Dr. Abraham, and Benjamin Prinzing may also recommend elective services, laboratory tests, and products which are not covered by your insurance. Please be advised you will be responsible for any such expenses. When possible, our office will assist with billing for these expenses.

Our goal is to work with our patients to provide the service they need, regardless of financial circumstances. We offer discounted rates based upon individual financial need, subject to approval. If you believe you qualify, documentation of your financial need is required. Please contact the office at (208) 947-0925 for an application.

Cancellation Policy

Our office schedule is often full several weeks to months in advance. As a courtesy to other patients, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. There is a $100 fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows.

Please call the front desk if you are running more than five minutes late to your appointment.
